Suki Waterhouse finds acting more "fulfilling" than modelling.
The 24-year-old beauty made her name on the runway but has since turned to movies with roles in 'Pride and Prejudice and Zombies' and 'Billionaire Boys Club' and wouldn't be upset if she never landed another fashion gig.
She said: "When you model, you are not in control of the picture, of what you wear, of your hair and make-up. It's fun but if you're doing it every day, it's hard to know who you are.
"With the acting, there's meaning in what you're doing, you're collaborating with other people, you research, you make strong relationships. It's more fulfilling. If I had to say goodbye to modelling tomorrow, I'd be fine about it."
However, Suki has learned a lot from modelling and has no regrets about her catwalk career.
She said: "Modelling gives you a thick skin and teaches you a lot about rejection and professionalism.
"Luckily, I've come out of it quite confident and OK with myself. I'll always be grateful for it but it hasn't always been easy."
Despite having nearly one million followers on Instagram, Suki insists she isn't actually a fan of the photo-sharing website and wouldn't even have an account if it weren't for her career.
She told Grazia magazine: "I don't look at anyone else's profile any more and only use Instagram to post photos.
"Whoever you are, even if you're a model, you compare yourself to someone else. If I didn't have to have it for my job, I wouldn't use it.
"I think it's important that everyone is really aware that it's just the best version of you. It's so inaccurate and I don't want to waste my time looking at that."
