Star Trek Beyond is set to be another big summer blockbuster but we are going to have to wait until July for it to hit the big screen. However, a brand new trailer has been unveiled to tease us.

It is all change in the director's chair as Justin Lin takes over from J.J. Abrams for the first time - I am looking forward to seeing what he can bring to this franchise.
Lin is no stranger to the big budget blockbuster, with the likes of the Fast & Furious movies under his belt, but this is his first feature since Fast & Furious 6 back in 2013.

Idris Elba is the big new addition to the cast list as he is set to take on the role of villain Krall in the film - can't wait to see him in action.

Star Trek Beyond is the third film in the new Star Trek series and the first since the success of Star Trek Into Darkness back in 2013.
