Stan Lee is set to create a brand new character as he teams up with Avi Arad.
Lee is a comic book legend and has created the likes of Iron man and Spider-Man - all of which have been adapted for the big screen.
We tend to see Lee cameoing in the Marvel movies, but now he is working on a brand new film project.
However, the new movie is being shrouded in secrecy with the producer telling The Hollywood Reporter: "Some titles give away too much."
The project has been set up at Columbia Pictures, which is the same studio behind the 'Amazing Spider-Man' movies, and Arad will produce with Ari Arad, his partner at Arad Productions. Lee will produce with his POW! Entertainment partner Gill Champion.
Lee has served as producer on all of the major Marvel movies in recent year including Thor: The Dark World and Avenger's Assemble. He has also worked on Marvel's first TV series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Lee is also serving as executive producer on 2014 films Captain America: The Winter Solider, Guardians of the Galaxy and X-Men: Days of Future Past.
The secret movie is in the very early stages and no screenwriter or directors have been named.
