Sienna Miller thinks it's "outrageous" men still get paid more than women.
Miller has spoken out in support of Jennifer Lawrence, who recently penned an essay complaining about the pay disparity between male and female performers, to reveal she has turned down jobs because of the issue.
She shared: "I've had a similar experience. A couple of months ago I was offered a part on Broadway and I was offered less than half of what they were paying the man. And I walked away. We will have to start saying no to offers where we get paid so much less than our male counterparts."
The 33-year-old star admitted that although actresses make a lot more money than people in every day jobs, she still thinks it's important to get involved in the debate so that changes are made in every industry.
She told HELLO! magazine: "I know we get paid so much more than normal working folks, so we do need some perspective on that.
"But at the same time, we are in a position where we need to talk about it. It is outrageous to me that we live in a culture where it is this unequal."
