Tarzan is a character that is set to return to the big screen this summer as Alexander Skarsgård takes on the role in The Legend of Tarzan... and the brand new trailer for the film has arrived.

The Legend of Tarzan is back on the original stories created by Edgar Rice Burroughs and sees director David Yates bring the new adaptation to life.
Yates is no stranger to the big budget blockbuster with the likes of the Harry Potter film series under his belt - in fact, this is the first feature film for Yates since the huge success of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 back in 2011.
And it looks like The Legend of Tarzan is going to be another action-packed ride. Take a look at the exciting new trailer:
Skarsgård will lead an all-star cast as he takes on the title role and is joined by Margot Robbie, Christoph Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson, John Hurt, and Djimon Hounsou.
It has been years since the man once known as Tarzan (Skarsgård) left the jungles of Africa behind for a gentrified life as John Clayton, Lord Greystoke, with his beloved wife, Jane (Robbie) at his side.
Now, he has been invited back to the Congo to serve as a trade emissary of Parliament, unaware that he is a pawn in a deadly convergence of greed and revenge, masterminded by the Belgian, Leon Rom (Waltz). But those behind the murderous plot have no idea what they are about to unleash.
The Legend of Tarzan is released 8th July.
