Ryan Reynolds has admitted that working on an animation movie is very easy.
Reynolds brings the character of Guy to life in Dreamworks' new film The Croods - a movie that marks the first feature length animation project for the actor.
And he may have been stepping into the voice booth for the very first time but Reynolds says that he had a lot of fun with this movie.
Speaking to Flicks and Bits the actor said: "I'd love to be able to give... a sob story on how it was just a whipping line, but it was easy.
"You spend two hours in a booth, go over the top as you can, then they invite you to come back two months later and do it again."
"It was a great job. Like you said, because he's been on his own, [my adventurous character] Guy is forced to rely on his imagination, so he lives inside his head a lot.
"And that's a great thing to play because he can be as over the top as you want him to be. Guy has no limits because he's constantly thinking."
Emma Stone, Nicholas Cage and Catherine Keener join Reynolds on the voice cast while Chris Sanders and Kirk De Micco are in the director's chair.
As for Reynolds we will be seeing him later this year in R.I.P.D. while he has also lent his voice to Turbo.
The Croods is released 22nd March.
