Riz Ahmed becomes the latest actor to join the cast of the latest Jason Bourne film.
Filming is already well under way on the fifth Bourne film, which will see Matt Damon reprise the title role while Paul Greengrass is back in the director's chair.
Now Variety are reporting that Ahmed has been cast in the film and will take on the role of a CIA tech specialist.
Damon and Julia Stiles are two of the familiar faces on the cast list but we are going to see Alicia Vikander, Tommy Lee Jones, and Vincent Cassel all step into the action franchise for the first time - it really is shaping up to be a very exciting cast list.
Nothing about the plot if currently known but we do know that the story will be set in a 'post Snowden' world.
As Ahmed, he has seen his star really start to rise over the last couple of years with Four Lions, Ill Manors and, more recently Nightcrawler under his belt.
Nightcrawler is the last time that we saw the actor on the big screen but he has completed work on City of Tiny Lights and Blackbird.
As well as working on the new Bourne film, Ahmed is also filming Star Wars spin-off Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Ahmed is on the cast list alongside Felicity Jones, Mad Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Ben Mendelsohn, and Forest Whitaker, while Gareth Edwards is back in the director's chair.
Bourne 5 will hit the big screen in the UK on 29th July 2016.
