Milla Jovovich is set to reprise the role of Alice for one last time as Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is set to hit the big screen at the beginning of next year.
It was back in 2002 when this franchise kicked off and Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is the sixth and final instalment.
As well as a familiar face lead the cast, there is also a familiar face in the director's chair as Paul W.S. Anderson returns.
Anderson has directed four of the six film, including the last three, and it is great to see him back for this final chapter.
The movie will not be hitting the big screen until February next year, but the first teaser trailer for the film has been unveiled. Take a look:
Jovovich leads another great cast as Ali Larter, Shawn Roberts, William Levy, Ruby Rose, Iain Glen, and Eoin Macken are all also on board.
Picking up immediately after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, Alice (Jovovich) is the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity's final stand against the undead.
Now, she must return to where the nightmare began - The Hive in Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse.
Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is released February 2017.
