Wild
Reese Witherspoon has released the first image of herself in her latest film Wild.
The movie will see the actress take on the role of Cheryl Strayed, a woman who sets out on a solo 1,100 hike to recover from her divorce and the death of her mother.
Wild is based on the memoir of the same name by Strayed, it has been adapted for the big screen by Nick Hornby.
Jean-Marc Vallée returns to the director's chair for the film as he teams up with Witherspoon for the first time.
Filming is currently underway on the movie and is set to hit the big screen in 2014.
It has been a busy period for Witherspoon as she has also completed work on Inherent Vice and The Good Lie.
