Reese Witherspoon to star in Happily Ever After.
Happily Ever After is a new project from Disney and, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the Oscar winner will star and produce the film.
The film's script was written by Nahnatchka Khan, who previously created TV sitcom 'Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23' and was a writer on animated comedy 'American Dad!'
Happily Ever After will see Witherspoon take on the role of a princess in a movie that is set ten years after the fairytale ending with her prince.
It has been a quiet year for Witherspoon as we have not seen her on the big screen since the critically acclaimed Mud.
But she has already completed work on The Good Lie and Inherent Vice. Inherent Vice will see her team up with director Paul Thomas Anderson as well as Jena Malone and Joaquin Phoenix.
Passengers and Wild are two of the other projects that Witherspoon has in the pipeline.
Wild is based on the Cheryl Strayed memoir and sees Jean-Marc Vallée back in the director's chair.
