Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is a project that has been in the pipeline for quite some time, now filming is underway and Entertainment Weekly have unveiled the first image from the movie.

The first image shows the five Bennet sisters: Elizabeth (Lily James), Lydia (Ellie Bamber), Mary (Millie Brady), Jane (Bella Heathcote), and Kitty Bennet (Suki Waterhouse), looking mean and ready to kick some ass in this horror makeover.
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is an adaptation of the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith, and sees Burr Steers in the director's chair. Steers has been behind movies such as Igby Goes Down and 17 Again, but this is his first film since The Death and Life of Charlie St Cloud back in 2010.
Steers has brought together a terrific cast as James, Bamber, Brady, Heathcote, and Waterhouse are joined by Lena Headey, Charles Dance, Matt Smith, Jack Houston, Douglas Booth and Sam Riley - it really does bring together a mix of up and coming acting talent as well as already established and well known stars.
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies has had a whole host of names attached to it during the years it has been in development - with the likes of Natalie Portman and director David O'Russell linked with the project at one time.
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is set to hit the big screen next year, but no official UK release date has yet been revealed.
