Olga Kurylenko is in talks to star in a biopic about fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent.
The 'Oblivion' actress has entered negotiations for an unspecified role in the movie, which is set to be produced by Mandarin Cinema and Europacorp, according to ScreenDaily.com.
The biographical film will follow the famed fashion designer - to be played by French actor Gaspard Ulliel - between 1965 and 1976, during the infant years of his esteemed self-titled fashion house.
The pair will be joined by Lea Seydou, Jeremie Renier, Lisa Ulliel and Robinson Stevenin in the movie, which will be directed by Bertrand Bonello based on a script from Thomas Bidegain.
The untitled biopic will be produced by Eric and Nicolas Altmayer, and Isabelle Grellat will serve as executive producer.
Filming is due to begin in October in Paris, France, and Marrakech in Morocco.
The movie is not to be confused with The Weinstein Company's own biopic about the late designer, titled 'Yves Saint Laurent'.
Kurylenko became a worldwide name after starring opposite Daniel Craig in James Bond flick 'Quantum of Solace' in 2008. She also recently appeared in Terrence Malick's 'To The Wonder'.
The actress recently signed on for a big screen adaptation of young adult novel, 'Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters'.
