As well as being in the director's chair, Feig has teamed up with Katie Dippold to pen the film's screenplay.
Feig has already brought us movies such as Bridesmaids and The Heat in recent years and this is his first feature since the success of Spy last summer.
The movie also sees the filmmaker reunite with McCarthy for their third project together. The movie also sees him reunite with Wiig for the first time since Bridesmaids.
