Octavia Spencer has joined the cast list of Divergent sequel, Insurgent.
Spencer will take on the role of Amity faction leader Johanna, and will be just one of the new faces on the cast list.
Shailene Woodley will return to the role of Tris Prior, while Theo James, Kate Winslet, and Miles will also be back.
Insurgent will be an adaptation of the second book in the Divergent trilogy from Veronica Roth.
Divergent hit the big screen earlier this year, and has so far taken over $252 million at the global box office: easily making back its $85 million budget.
Neil Burger was in the director's chair for the first instalment, but it is Robert Schwentke who will be at the helm of the second film.
Divergent is just the latest of the young adult books to be adapted for the big screen in recent years: The Twilight Saga and The Hunger Games have enjoyed huge box office success.
We will be introduced to another franchise later this year, as The Maze Runner is released.
Insurgent is expected to be released next year.
