Nicholas Hoult admits that he is looking forward to starting work on X-Men: Days of Future Past and reuniting with the cast.
The British actor is set to reprise the role of Beast in the film which also sees James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence return to roles from the first film X-Men: First Class.
Hoult kept in touch with many of the actors from the first film and is excited to catch up with them.
Speaking to US Weekly the actor said: "I'm really excited to go back into it and to work more with those guys.
"Bryan Singer is going to direct this time, so it will be good to work for him again.
"I kept in touch with most of the cast. It's really nice when there's a job that you know you're all going back to and you kind of have a good catch up.
"We had a lot of fun making the first one, lots of great memories, so it'll be a nice little reunion."
Bryan Singer is returning to the X-Men franchise for the first time since he helmed X2 as he has taken over the reign from Matthew Vaughn.
Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan are also going to be reprising the roles of Professor X and Magneto while Hugh Jackman will be back as Wolverine.
Filming on X-Men: First Class is set to get underway later this year.
