Nicholas Hoult says he is looking forward to working with Bryan Singer for a second time.
Hoult teams up with Singer for their takes on Jack The Giant Slayer - which hits big screen in March - and now they are set to reunite for X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Hoult will return to the role of Beast while Singer is coming back to the X-Men franchise for the first time since the huge success of X2.
Speaking to the Press Association the actor said: "He's top - I'm looking forward to it.
He's phenomenal. His visual sense, everything he understands - his storytelling abilities are great.
"He's just a nice guy to go to work with and hang out on set with every day."
X-Men: Days of Future Past sees Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence all reprising roles from the first film while Ian McKellan, Patrick Stewart and Hugh Jackman are all on the cast list.
Singer was behind the early success of the X-Men franchise as he was in the director's chair for X-Men and X2 but he chose not to direct X-Men: The Last Stand in favour of Superman Returns.
Filming on X-Men: Days of Future Past is set to get underway this year.
