Warner Bros. Pictures have this weekend released a brand new TV spot for upcoming DC Extended Universe movie release, Wonder Woman. Though it’s only 30 seconds in length, plenty of action is packed into the short amount of time, and you can now check out the clip below:
Releasing later this year, Gal Gadot takes on the titular role in Wonder Woman, as viewers go on a journey with Amazonian Princess Diana. Leaving her home and convinced she can stop the threat of the outside world, Diana fights alongside man despite her people’s reservations and in the process, discovers her potential, power and true destiny.
Some reports also say that three distinct time periods will be traversed during the movie, kicking things off in the ancient Amazons in order to establish Diana’s origins, before moving into a World War I story and finally kicking off in the modern day.
Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen and Robin Wright also star in the new superhero flick, directed by Patty Jenkins.
Wonder Woman hits cinemas across the UK on June 23, 2017, before its US premiere on July 2, 2017.
