Jason Bourne is one of the summer movies that I am looking forward to the most as Matt Damon returns to the title role.

It has been the best part of a decade since we have seen Damon take on this role and I cannot wait to see him reunite with filmmaker Paul Greengrass for the latest instalment.
There was a time when it looked like this movie was never going to happen... having checked out the new trailer, it looks like it has been worth the wait.

Jason Bourne is the first time that we have seen Greengrass in the director's chair since Captain Phillips back in 2013. This is also the fourth collaboration between the director and Damon; the first since Green Zone.
Julia Stiles is another familiar face on the cast list as she reprises the role of Nicky Parsons. Alicia Vikander, Tommy Lee Jones, and Vincent Cassel are the trio of big new additions to this latest instalment of the action franchise.
I am and always have been a huge fan of the Bourne franchise and I have always loved Damon in this role.
We already know that Bourne has moved with the times and will be set in a post-Snowden world and I cannot wait to see what is in store for this character next.
It looks likes Jason Bourne is going to be the biggest and most successful instalment of this franchise to date.
