Ghostbusters is one of the most anticipated films of the year as filmmaker Paul Feig returns to the director's chair.

Feig has brought us movies such as Bridesmaids and The Heat in recent years and Ghostbusters is his first film since he enjoyed success with Spy last summer. It also marks his third collaboration with actress Melissa McCarthy.
The movie will introduce us to a group of terrific new characters as McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth are on board as Abby Yates, Erin Gilbert, Jillian Holtzmann, Patty Tolan, and Kevin.

The new movie is inspired by the characters created by Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd and Feig has teamed up with Katie Dippold to pen the screenplay.
We are yet to see the first trailer for the film and the plot is being kept under wraps at the moment.
Feig is a great at creating stories for and directing women and I can't wait to see what he delivers with this new blockbuster.
Ghostbusters is released 15th July.
