Monsters University has made it two weeks at the top of the UK box office, holding off the challenge from The World's End.
The latest Pixar movie took a further £2.7 million to add to the $533 million that it has already taken worldwide.
It was a close fight between Monsters University and The World's End for the top spot, but the Simon Pegg movie had to settle for second.
Pegg reunites with actor Nick Frost and director Edgar Wright for the third film in their 'Cornetto trilogy'.
The movie took £2.1 million in its opening weekend, but it fell just short of the top spot.
Despicable Me 2 fell just a single place to three, while Pacific Rim and Now You See Me Were both down one at four and five.
There was no move for World War Z at six, while comedy The Internship was down two at seven.
The Frozen Ground, which stars Nicolas Cage, was the second and final new entry on the chart this week at number nine.
This Is The End rounded off the top ten as it dropped two places from last week's number eight.
