George Clooney and Julia Roberts are set to reunite for new thriller Money Monster and they feature in some great new images from the movie.

The two Oscar-winning actors have worked together a couple of times in the past and it is exciting that they will be sharing the screen once more.

Money Monster marks the return of Jodie Foster to the director's chair for what is her first feature film since The Beaver back in 2011. Jamie Linden, Alan DiFiore, and Jim Kouf have come together to pen the film's screenplay.

Clooney and Roberts are set to take on the central roles of financial TV host Lee Gates and his producer Patty. They are joined on the cast list by Jack O'Connell, Dominic West, Caitriona Balfe, and Giancarlo Esposito - it really is a very exciting cast.

In the taut and tense thriller Money Monster, Lee Gates (Clooney) is a bombastic TV personality whose popular financial network show has made him the money wiz of Wall Street. But after he hawks a high-tech stock that mysteriously crashes, an irate investor (O'Connell) takes Gates, his crew, and his ace producer Patty Fenn (Roberts) hostage live on air.

Unfolding in real time, Gates and Fenn must find a way to keep themselves alive while simultaneously uncovering the truth behind a tangle of big money lies.

Money Monster really is promising to be a tense thriller and I cannot wait to see both Clooney and Roberts in action. It is set to be one of the May movies that's not to be missed.
