Michelle Rodriguez has been linked to a remake of Thelma And Louise, and wants Cara Delevingne to star alongside her.
Rodriguez has been in talks for the film for some time, and while a number of actresses have been mentioned has her co-star, it seems that the actress is pushing for Delevingne.
An insider told The Sun: "Michelle is heavily in demand to take the lead after her success in 'The Fast And The Furious'.
"A few names have been mentioned as her co-star, including Kristen Stewart, Annalynne McCord and Leighton Meester - but Michelle is pushing for Cara.
"She thinks she would light up the big screen and that the pair of them would be a huge hit together."
Rodriguez has found huge success with the Fast & Furious franchise, and is set to reprise the role of Letty in the seventh instalment.
The release of the film has been pushed back to 2015 after the untimely death of Paul Walker.
Delevingne made her big screen debut in Anna Karenina and is set to return in Kids in Love.
She is currently filming The Face of an Angel, the latest film from Michael Winterbottom starring Kate Beckinsale.
Thelma & Louise hit the big screen back in 1991 and was directed by Ridley Scott. Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis took on the title roles, while Harvey Keitel and Brad Pitt were also on board.
