Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to return to the big screen later this year with new film Maggie.

The independent zombie movie has already been winning over some of the critics as it is not what you expect from this kind of film. Instead of an action packed super violent movie, you have a family drama about a father trying to protect his daughter.
This is not the kind of role that we are use to seeing Schwarzenegger in and I think that this is going to show off a very different side to him as an actor.

Maggie sees Henry Hobson in the director's chair as he makes his feature film directorial debut with this film.
Schwarzenegger will take on the role of Wade in the film, while Abigail Breslin is on board as the title character. Joely Richardson, Laura Cayouette, and Dana Gourri make up the cast list.
There's a deadly zombie epidemic threatening humanity, but Wade (Schwarzenegger), a small-town farmer and family man, refuses to accept defeat even when his daughter Maggie (Breslin) becomes infected.
As Maggie's condition worsens and the authorities seek to eradicate those with the virus, Wade is pushed to the limits in an effort to protect her.
