Lucas Till has joined the cast of 'Sins Of Our Youth.'

The 'X Men: Days Of Future Past' actor - who will reprise his role as Havok in the upcoming sequel - has signed up for the forthcoming the teen drama alongside Joel Courtney and Ally Sheedy, Deadline reports.

Exact details of the character the 22-year-old actor will play have yet to be confirmed, but he will star alongside Mitchel Musso, Bridger Zadina, Grant Harvey and Dani Knights.

Gary Entin is directing the production from a script written by his twin brother, Edmund.

The movie centres around four teenage boys who accidentally kill a younger boy while shooting rifles. The film takes a dark turn as the quartet tries to deal with the killing.

Michael Huffington will re-team with the Etin brothers to produce the film via his company Huffington Pictures, in their second collaboration following 'Geography Club,' starring Scott Bakular.

Filming is scheduled to begin in Las Vegas in the coming months.

Meanwhile,Till has opened up about his role as Havok in 'X-Men: Days of Future Past', due out in July next year.

The actor hinted the mutant will be fighting in the Vietnam War with the US military but insisted that he will not be a team player in the story.

He said: "I think Havok always has a good heart. But he's definitely not playing for any team necessarily in this one."
