Lone Survivor has topped the U.S. box office.
Lone Survivor sees Peter Berg return to the director's chair for the big screen adaptation of the memoir of the same name.
Based on the book by Marcus Luttrell , Lone Survivor recounts a failed SEAL mission in Afghanistan.
The movie, which stars Mark Wahlberg, took $38.5 million over the weekend to topple Frozen from the #1 spot.
Frozen fell just a single place to number two this week, after returning to the top of the box office at the beginning of last week.
The Wolf of Wall Street was the only movie on the top, as it jumped one place from four to number three.
The Legend of Hercules was the second new entry inside the top ten as the Kellan Lutz film opened at number four. This is the first Hercules movie that we will be seeing this year - Dwayne Johnson is set to star in the other.
There was no move for American Hustle at five, while The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug was down three places at number six.
August: Osage County was the final new entry at seven, while Saving Mr Banks dropped a single place from seven to eight.
Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones was the biggest faller this week as it dropped seven place from two to nine. Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues was a four place faller as it rounded off the top ten at ten.
