Leonardo DiCaprio has admitted 'The Revenant' is the most "difficult film" he's ever shot.

Dicaprio has countless blockbusters under his belt but has admitted the forthcoming biographical Western thriller film, in which he plays Hugh Glass, was really tough.
Speaking at a Q&A session following the screening of the movie at the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theatre in Beverly Hills, California, earlier this week, he said: "This is the most difficult film, I think, that any of us have ever done."
DiCaprio and the rest of the cast rehearsed like a stage production because the camera men only had 90 minutes a day to capture the "the beautiful, illustrious Chivo light."
He explained: "It was about us immersing ourselves in nature and putting ourselves as close as we could to the struggle of these people and finding the through line in that process. It's all a beautiful blur to me.
"You have to rehearse meticulously and then it's a mad, intense scramble to capture this magic light, this precious hour and a half."
The handsome star, who plays a fur trapper who sets out on a path of vengeance against his hunting team who left him for dead after a bear mauling, previously admitted he was forced to do "some of the most difficult things" during the gruelling nine-month shoot in Canada and Argentina.
He explained: "I can name 30 or 40 sequences that were some of the most difficult things I've ever had to do. Whether it's going in and out of frozen rivers, or sleeping in animal carcasses, or what I ate on set. [I was] enduring freezing cold and possible hypothermia constantly."
