Kristen Wiig says she is excited but nervous about working on Anchorman: The Legend Continues.
The actress is set to be one of the new faces on the cast list for the sequel which will see Will Ferrell, Steve Carell and Paul Rudd all reprising roles from the first film.
Speaking to Access Hollywood the actress said: "I hope I can get through the scenes without ruining it by laughing! I'm so excited."
Adam McKay is back in the director's chair for the movie while he and Will Ferrell have penned the screenplay.
Wigg is not the only new face to watch out for in the movie as Harrison Ford is also on board the project.
And we are going to be seeing plenty of Wigg this year as she has already completed work on The Skeleton Twins, Hateship, Loveship and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
She has also lent her voice to animation movie Despicable Me 2, which is released later this summer.
Anchorman: The Legend Continues is released 20th December.
