Kevin Feige says the script for Avengers: Age of Ultron has not changed 'at all' due to Scarlett Johansson's pregnancy.
Johansson is set to reprise the role of Black Widow in the second Avengers movie - filming is already underway on the project.
It was revealed last week that Johansson's shooting schedule would be altered to try and get as many of her scenes filmed as soon as possible. However, not change to the story has taken place.
Speaking to Collider, Feige said: "Well my first reaction was I was very happy for her and very excited for her, and my second reaction was we’ve gotta move some pieces on the chess board around schedule-wise.
"But we didn’t change the script at all, which is sort of the most important things for us in terms of the storyline.
"I think the goal is for us to sit here talking about the fact that you would never know that Black Widow was pregnant during the filming of the movie when you see the final version of Avengers 2."
Avengers: Age of Ultron will come three years after the success of Avengers Assemble back in 2012.
Joss Whedon is back in the director's chair and has penned the screenplay, and the movie is already one of the most anticipated of next year.
Avengers: Age of Ultron is released 1st May 2015.
