Kevin Bacon has revealed that he would be 'interesting' in returning to his Tremors character Valentine McKee.
Bacon took on the role of McKeen for the first time back in 1990 and admits that of all the characters that he has played over the years, this is the only one that he would go back to.
Speaking to Vice, the actor said: "It's a surprisingly good movie, I remember it being a little more sillier than it is. [Valentine is] the only character that I've ever done that I'm interested in revisiting 25 years on.
"Because I look at the guy and he's stuck in this town with this other guy, he's got all these dreams, delusions of grandeur... but he's really sort of stuck and when you get to the end of the movie you feel like, you're kind of hopeful that he does make a movie, and gets the guts to kiss the girl and pulls his shit together.
"The question on whether that happens or not, to me is an interesting question."
Tremors saw Bacon team up with director Ron Underwood, while Fred Ward, Finn Carter, Michael Gross, and Reba McEntire were also on the cast list. Over the years, Tremors has gone on to become a much-loved cult hit.
While it remains to be seeing if we will see Bacon in a Tremors sequel, 2015 has been another busy year for the actor.
Not only has he returned to the small screen for the third season of The Following but he has also completed work on movie Cop Car, Black Mass and 6 Miranda Drive.
Black Mass sees Bacon join a great ensemble cast of Johnny Depp, Benedict Cumberbatch, Joel Edgerton, Corey Stoll, and Jesse Plemons, while Scott Cooper is back in the director's chair.
Black Mass tells the story of infamous gangster Whitey Bulger, played by Depp, and will be the third feature film for director Cooper.
Black Mass is released 27th November.
