Keanu Reeves has revealed that the Bill and Ted 3 script needs a little reworking as the current story would be too expensive to make.
Reeves is set to reprise the role of Ted alongside Alex Winter for the first Bill & Ted movie since 1992.
And while the script is written there is currently too much CGI, which has pushed up the cost.
Speaking to Access Hollywood the actor said: "The script is funny and there's a story to tell there.
"[But] it needs to be adapted because right now it would cost, you know, $400 million to make.
"There's a rift in the universe and there's all sorts of creatures. And CG], it ain't cheap!"
Before we see Reeves in Bill & Ted he will be back in action film 47 Ronin on Boxing Day.
The actor is currently working on new film John Wick, which sees him take on the title role. Adrianne Palicki, Jason Isaacs and Willem Dafoe are also on board.
