Karl Urban has taken to Twitter to show off his new haircut for Thor: Ragnarok.
Urban is one of the big new additions to the Thor cast list as he is set to take on the role of Skurge for the first time... and for the role, the actor has undergone a rather dramatic haircut.
Urban took to Twitter to show fans the new look, writing 'Thanks for the haircut!!@TaikaWaititi @thorofficial'
Filming has just got underway in Australia for Thor: Ragnarok, which is the third film in the Thor franchise.
Urban is not the only new face on the cast list as Cate Blanchett, Mark Ruffalo, Jeff Goldblum and Tessa Thompson are on board as Hela, Bruce Banner, Grandmaster, and Valkyrie.
It is also all change in the director's chair as Taika Waititi follows in the footsteps of Kenneth Branagh and Alan Taylor to helm an instalment of the popular franchise.
However, there are some familiar faces to watch out for as Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, and Anthony Hopkins are back as Thor, Loki, Heimdall, and Odin.
Thor: Ragnarok will be another big film franchise for Urban, who has already starred in The Lord of the Rings and Star Trek.
The actor is currently enjoying success at the top of the U.S. box office with Star Trek Beyond, which opened at number one over the weekend.
Urban will be back on the big screen later this summer with the remake of Pete's Dragon, which sees him star alongside Robert Redford and Bryce Dallas Howard.
Thor: Ragnarok is released 27th October 2017.
