Kanye West was great on the set of Anchorman: The Legend Continues, according to director Adam McKay.
West is one of the cameo roles in the film and the director said that the rapper threw himself into the part.
Speaking to MTV News the director said: "He was great, and he was funny. He came up with a couple good lines on his own.
"We did our usual style of do the written line, and then I would throw out alternate lines and we'd improvise. He was completely cool and game."
"He even showed up for an extra quarter of a day where he had no speaking lines. He was just kind of in the group fight sequence, and he was having so much fun that he came back to do that."
McKay is back in the director's chair for the second Anchorman film, which sees Will Ferrell return to the central role of Ron Burgundy.
West is just one of the new faces to watch out for as Harrison Ford and Kristen Wiig are also on board.
Ferrell, Christina Applegate, Paul Rudd and Steve Carell are all returning to their roles from the first film.
Anchorman: The Legend Continues is released 20th December.
