Juno Temple has been offered a role in 'Far From The Madding Crowd'.
The 23-year-old actress has screen tested for the role of Fanny Robin in Thomas Vinterberg's new adaptation of the classic 1874 Thomas Hardy novel.
If she accepts a role, Juno will appear alongside Carey Mulligan in the movie.
The Daily Mail newspaper report producers at DNA Films, BBC Films and Fox Searchlight - who are backing the project - all want the in-demand actress for the role, but she has to work out clashing shooting schedules for other movies before signing a contract.
Temple, who has appeared in ten films in less than two years, has an extremely packed schedule and was forced to pull out of playing Princess Margaret in 'Girls' Night Out' now director Julian Jarrold is on the hunt for someone to take the role.
'Far From The Madding Crowd' has previously been adapted for the big screen by John Schlesinger's in 1967, starring Julie Christie, Terence Stamp, Peter Finch and Alan Bates.
