Julia Roberts has revealed that she will not be turning her hand to directing; joking she does enough of it at home.
The actress' latest movie August: Osage County has been lighting up the festival circuit in recent weeks as she teams up with fellow Oscar winner Meryl Streep.
And while Roberts has enjoyed huge success in front of the camera during her career, she has no intention of moving behind it.
Speaking to E! News the actress said: "Oh I won't [direct a movie]," Roberts told E! News.
"I think any housewife will tell you that you're directing pretty much 24/7 so I'll stick to the in-house directing.
"It's too much for me. I love being an actor, I love being a homemaker and that's good for me."
August: Osage County has already been tipped as a possible Oscar contender, and Roberts could find herself in the running for an acting gong.
The movie sees Roberts and Streep play mother and daughter while Ewan McGregor, Benedict Cumberbatch, Abigail Breslin and Juliette Lewis are all also on board.
August: Osage County is released 17th January 2014.
