Judi Dench is "frightened" she won't be offered another acting job.
The award-winning performer has admitted that despite enjoying a stellar career on stage and screen, she's forever worried she won't be offered more work.
She said: "I get frightened. I'm frightened that I won't get asked to do another job and I have had that fear throughout my entire career; all 58 years."
Despite her concerns, Dame Judi insisted she has no plans to retire.
The 80-year-old actress told Time Out magazine: "I'm not going to retire as long as I can work and as long as I'm asked to. If you can still climb the ladder, then do it."
Meanwhile, Dame Judi also rubbished rumours she's set to appear in the JJ Abrams-directed 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens', and she also admitted she's never seen any of the films from the franchise.
Asked about the 'Star Wars' speculation, she said: "I heard that. Charming, charming. Why not? I've never seen a 'Star Wars' film ever, or 'Star Trek' or 'Back to the Future' or any kind of space film at all. Is that terrible of me?
"I'm not in it, but that would've been nice, wouldn't it?"
