Joy is a movie that is already surrounded in Oscar whispers as Lawrence reunites with filmmaker David O.Russell for their third film project together; they have already enjoyed success with Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle.
The movie will see Lawrence take on the title character of Joy, who overcame difficulties to create a business empire - this movie is based on a true story.
Joy sees Lawrence also reunite with actor Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro, who she worked with on bot Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle. The trio have great chemistry and I cannot wait to see them share the screen once again.
Lawrence, Cooper and De Niro are joined on the cast list by Virginia Madsen, Rossellini, Diane Ladd, and Edgar Ramirez.

It is hard to believe that the awards season is just around the corner but Joy is a movie that looks set to be in the mix. Will this movie see Lawrence bag a second Best Actress Oscar? I guess we are going to have to wait and see.
