Joss Whedon has described Avengers: Age of Ultron as a 'global film'.
Whedon is back in the director's chair for Age of Ultron, which will come three years after the huge success of Avengers Assemble back in 2012.
And Whedon says he wanted to give more of an international feel to the Avengers this time around, and has moved away from New York to film in South Korea, Italy, South Africa and the UK.
Speaking to Marvel's The Watcher web series, the director said: "This is a very global film. We wanted the world perspective on the Avengers, what they're doing, what they've been doing and who they are.
"They're being the Avengers, and that's a global thing, and it's also... it doesn't make everybody love them. So we wanted to see both sides of that."
Age of Ultron is the second Marvel film for Whedon and only his second movie since the success of Avengers Assemble - he brought us an adaptation of Much Ado About Nothing last year.
We were treated to the first trailer for Age of Ultron last week, and it promises to be bigger and darker than the first Avengers movie.
Age of Ultron will bring Phase Two of Marvel movies to a close and looks set to be one of the most successful Marvel movies of all time.
Last week Marvel revealed which films we will be seeing in Phase 3 with Captain America 3 and Thor 3 being joined by Black Panther, Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel all in the pipeline.
The next Marvel film will be in two epic parts in 2018 and 2019. However, it has been hinted that Whedon will not be at the helm of those movies.
Avengers: Age of Ultron is released 24th April 2015.
