Jessica Chastain thinks fight scenes are like dancing.
Chastain had no problems with the action scenes in 'Hunstman: Winter's War' because her background in learning choreography made it easy to remember her warrior moves.
She said: "I learnt a fighting technique called krav maga which I had so much fun doing.
"I used to be a dancer and fight scenes are very similar to dance.
"You have to memorise the choreography and learn to be on the same beat as everyone else or you'll get hit - or hit someone."
But Jessica admitted she was involved in a "traumatic" incident where she accidentally hit a stuntman.
She said: "I actually did hit a stunt person in the face.
"I was supposed to elbow someone behind me, and stop my elbow at a certain point, which I'd been practising for weeks.
"But when we shot it, the camera angle was different and my elbow went too far back and I heard this noise because I'd hit the guy. I was horrified.
"I hugged him and said, 'Are you OK?' The stunt team and director said, 'You should have kept going' but it was too traumatic for me. I couldn't go on."
