Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman are to star in 'Significant Other'.
The two actors have signed up to yet another comedy movie together, just a few weeks after that they have boarded the cast of 'Office Christmas Party'.
However this time around Bateman, 47, will star and direct in the film while his 47-year-old co-star is set to executive produce.
They have drafted in Andrea Seigel - who penned 'Laggies' starring Keira Knightley-Chloe and Grace Moretz - to write the script.
The duo play a modern married couple whose traditional roles in the relationship are reversed, which is where the comedy thus unfolds.
Bateman is a househusband to Aniston's type-A businesswoman, and the plot revolves around her new appointment as the CEO of a company but a condition of her getting the job is that her new board meet and vet her spouse.
The pair are well practiced in acting together since they teamed up for 2010's 'The Switch' so it is hoped to be a winning formula.
Meanwhile, they will start shooting 'Office Christmas Party' in the spring and it will be released on December 9.
Aniston will next be seen in Garry Marshall's new romantic comedy 'Mother's Day', in which she stars with Julia Roberts, Kate Hudson and Jason Sudeikis.
The former 'Friends' star also recently signed up to appear in sports drama 'The Fixer', in which she will play real life beauty pageant queen-turned-sports manager Denise White in the biopic.
