James Franco has revealed that he would love to star in a musical.
The actor is back on the big screen this week with new movie Oz The Great and Powerful but it seems he wants to tackle a very different genre.
But the Oscar nominated actor thinks it would need to be a movie and not a theatre role.
Speaking to E! News the actor said: "I'd love to do a musical.
"[It] probably [needs to be] a movie, so they could augment my voice if needed."
Oz The Great and Powerful sees Franco reunite with Spider Man director Sam Raimi and he stars alongside Michelle Williams, Mila Kunis and Rachel Weisz.
And this is the first of a string of projects that we will be seeing Franco in this year as he has completed work on Child of God, Black Dog, Red Dog, Homefront, Spring Breakers and This Is The End.
Oz The Great and Powerful is out now.
