James Corden bonded with Keira Knightley over their British roots.
The pair grew close while filming their new movie 'Begin Again' in New York and the 35-year-old comic actor puts their new found friendship down to growing up in the UK.
James Corden thinks he got on so well with his 'Begin Again' co-star Keira Knightley because they are both British.He told heat magazine: "We got on really well. I'm so pleased to see that came across in the film. I think maybe because the two of us were Brits in New York, it brought us together a bit more.
"She's so relaxed. She takes the work seriously, but she doesn't take herself seriously, which is the best kind of person.
"I think this is one of her best performances. She's so warm in it"
'Begin Again' also stars rapper and record producer CeeLo Green, who Corden insists is "the most fun in the world" despite spending a lot of time on the phone.
He explained: "[He's] the most fun in the world. He has a guy who goes everywhere with him, who stands at his shoulder. He has two phones and is just constantly texting on them. Every now and then he shows CeeLo a message - that's all he does.
"I've no idea what he was doing or who he was, but he was texting two people at the same time. I've never seen anything like it."
