Jake Gyllenhaal has clearly got in shape for his latest role in boxing movie Southpaw, and the first image from the movie proves it.

Deadline revealed the first image from the movie, which showed that Gyllenhaal had put on the muscle and trained hard to get the right look for the film.
Southpaw sees Gyllenhaal team up with filmmaker Antoine Fuqua for the first time. This will be Fuqua's first film since The Equalizer earlier this year.
The movie will follow boxer Billy Hope, who fights his way to the top, only to find that his life falling apart around him.
Rachel McAdams is on board as Gyllenhaal's wife, while Naomie Harris, Forest Whitaker, 50 Cent, Clare Foley, and Victor Ortiz are also on board.
If you are a big fan of Gyllenhaal, then you are in for a treat next year as Southpaw is just one of the projects that we are going to see him star in.
The actor has also completed work on Politics of Love, Everest, and Demolition. Politics of Love is the latest film of David O. Russell, while Everest will see the actor star alongside Josh Brolin, Sam Worthington, Jason Clarke, and Keira Knightley.
Southpaw is set to hit the big screen next year, but no official UK release date has been announced.
