What better way to reunite with old friends, than with a kick to the groin and an angry bull at your heels?
The Jackass franchise is a well-known and beloved series that follows a group of friends as they injure themselves and others in increasingly hilarious ways; and at the start of next month (February 2022), the fourth instalment of this franchise will be hitting cinemas.
Jackass Forever, or Jackass 4, is the fourth movie in the series, and comes over a decade after Jackass 3, which released in 2011.
The original gang is back, including Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Wee Man, Preston Lacy and more, along with newcomers Jasper Dolphin, Sean ‘Poopies’ McInerney, Zach Holmes, Eric Manaka, and Rachel Wolfson, who is the first ever official female crew member.
Trailers for Jackass 4 have shown the movie to be just as hilarious as the features that came before it, if not more so. We’ve seen the team play around with an angry bull, lick stun guns and more in recent trailers, as well as clips from the upcoming movie releasing onto YouTube.
The latest clip is titled ‘Dum Dum Game’, and sees three members of the Jackass crew answer questions with a rather painful punishment waiting for them, should they answer incorrectly.
In the clip, director Jeff Tremaine asks McInerney to explain the rules of the game, which are that he, Wee Man and Ehren McGhehey are asked “tricky” questions, and if they get any wrong, their nether regions will take a beating.
The game definitely sees the crew open doors to new types of stunts and skits; we've not seen anything quite like the 'Dum Dum Game' before.
The upcoming feature will definitely see the team try out a whole load of new things, as well as seemingly revisiting old ones, but with a twist; there is no doubt that Jackass 4 has a lot to offer fans, both old and new.
Jackass Forever will be in cinemas on February 4th, 2022.
