Christopher Nolan has been working on his new film Interstellar and we could see the first trailer in front of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.
According to The Film Stage we may see nearly two minutes of Interstellar in front of the Peter Jackson film - both movies are from Warner Bros. so it shouldn’t come as any real surprise.
Interstellar will be the first film from Nolan since the success of The Dark Knight Rises last summer - it is a science fiction film that we are already getting excited about.
The director has once again teamed up with his brother Jonathan Nolan to pen the screenplay, while the story comes courtesy of Kip Thorne.
As you may expect a Christopher Nolan film has an impressive cast as Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Chastain, Anne Hathaway, Wes Bentley, Casey Affleck and Michael Caine are all also on board.
2013 has already been a fantastic year for sci-fi, and that trend looks set to continue into 2014, as this is one of the science fiction films that is not to be missed.
However, we have a long wait until Interstellar hits the big screen as it is not released into UK cinemas until 7th November 2014.
