Home is set to be one of the animation movies of 2015 and is the latest offering from studio giant DreamWorks - and a brand new poster for the movie has been released.
DreamWorks have been behind movies such as How To Train Your Dragon, The Croods and Rise of the Guardians in recent years, and Home promises to be another funny and action packed family film.
Home marks the return of Tim Johnson to the director's chair in what will be the fourth feature film of his career. Johnson is no stranger to the animation genre with the Over The Hedge, Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas, and Antz already under his belt.
Jim Parsons is on board in the central voice role of Oh, while Rihanna will bring to life the character of Tip. Jennifer Lopez, Matt Jones, and Steve Martin are all also on board this highly anticipated project.
When Earth is taken over by the overly confident Boov, an alien race in search of a new place to call home, all humans are promptly relocated, while all Boov get busy reorganizing the planet.
But when one resourceful girl, Tip (Rihanna), manages to avoid capture, she finds herself the accidental accomplice of a banished Boov named Oh (Jim Parsons). The two fugitives realize there's a lot more at stake than intergalactic relations as they embark on the road trip of a lifetime.
There are a whole host of terrific animation movies on the horizon in 2015 - it really does look like it is going to be a great twelve months for this genre - and Home is one that I really am looking forward to checking out.
Home is released 20th March 2015.
