Henry Cavill says it has been 'a lot of fun' working with Armie Hammer on The Man From U.N.C.L.E.
Cavill teams up with Hammer for the first time as they take over the roles of Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin - originally played by Robert Vaughn and David McCallum in the original television series - while Guy Ritchie is in the director's chair.
And Cavill reveals that he and Hammer have a similar approach to the way that they work and have worked well together as well as with the director.
Speaking to Collider, the actor said: "Great, it's enjoyable, a lot of fun. Because we're both like-minded in our approach to work, it's easy. We can walk in in the morning and be fine with line changes and small character tweaks, it's one of those things where we all have fun together.
"We spend time sitting in Guy's executive viewing suite, as we've come to call it, and we can all chill out together, as opposed to it being us disappearing off to our own separate trailers. So, certainly for me, personally speaking, I can't speak for Armie, it's been great."
The Man From U.N.C.L.E. is based on the sixties TV show of the same name and sees Ritchie back in the director's chair for the first time since Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.
The movie also sees Cavill and Hammer star alongside Alicia Vikander, Elizabeth Debicki, Jared Harris, and Hugh Grant.
As for Cavill, this will be the first time that we have seen him on the big screen since the success of Man of Steel back in 2013 and will be a break from playing Clark Kent.
Cavill will return to the role of Superman next year in Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, which sees him reunite with director Zack Snyder.
The Man From U.N.C.L.E. is released 14th August.
