Gravity leads the Bafta nominations with eleven nods, including Best Film.
12 Years A Slave and American Hustle are just one behind with ten nominations each. The three films will all battle it out for Best Picture.
The Best Picture category is set to be a tough one as Philomena and Captain Phillips are also in the mix.
12 Years A Slave is one of the most talked about movies, and Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael Fassbender and Steve McQueen are in the mix for Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best Director.
There was also a Best British Film nod for Gravity, and it will do battle with Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom, Rush, Philomena, Saving Mr Banks and The Selfish Giant.
There was a shock in the Best actor category as Matthew McConaughey's performance in Dallas Buyers Club has been overlooked.
McConaughey has already picked up gongs this awards season and is in the Golden Globe race this weekend, but Bafta has not recognised his work. Robert Redford was also over looked for All Is Lost.
However, it is still a very tough category as Chiwetel Ejiofor, Tom Hanks, Christian Bale, Bruce Dern and Leonardo DiCaprio will battle it out.
Cate Blanchett has been the Best Actress Oscar favourite and she is in the mix for her performance in Blue Jasmine.
However, the Best Actress category is equally as competitive as Best Actor with Amy Adams, Sandra Bullock, Judi Dench, and Emma Thompson also being nominated.
