Gone Girl has stormed to the top of the UK box office, meaning that it holds the #1 spot in both the U.S. and the UK simultaneously.
It has been a great week for Gone Girl as it has been winning over critics and audiences since it hit the big screen.
The movie took over £4 million in its opening weekend to hold off the challenge from Dracula Untold.
Dracula Untold - which is the biggest lead role of Luke Evans's career - was the second highest new entry, as it opened at number two.
The Equalizer was held off the top spot last week by Billy Elliott live, fell just one place this week from two to three.
The Boxtrolls and What We Did On Our Holiday were also down two spots at four and five.
Bang Bang and Dolphin Tale 2 were the final new entries inside the top ten this week, as they opened at six and seven.
A Walk Among The Tombstones was down three this week at eight, while Guardians of the Galaxy fell just a single place to nine.
Pride was this week's biggest faller as it dropped four places from six to round off the top ten.
