A brand new featurette has been revealed for new big screen release Ghost In The Shell, showcasing some of the huge action scenes viewers should expect when they go to see the movie, with behind-the-scenes chat from the cast and crew involved, including leading star Scarlett Johansson.
The clip shows off some of Major’s (Johansson) biggest fight scenes, as she’s forced to take on some of the world’s most dangerous criminals. As a first-of-her-kind human-cyborg hybrid, she’s got everything it takes to be THE perfect soldier. When terrorism reaches an all new threat level, she could be the answer to taking down those that would conquer the world through mind-controlling techniques.
Preparing to face a new enemy, Major suddenly discovers that she’s been lied to. She wasn’t turned into this soldier because she was about to die; she was about to die because somebody wanted to turn her into a soldier.
With her mission changing to one where she wants to recover her past and find out who was behind stealing her life away from her, this adventure turns into one of the most intriguing and mysterious ones of our time.
Based on the internationally-acclaimed Japanese Manga of the same name, Ghost In The Shell also stars ‘Beat’ Takeshi Kitani, Michael Carmen Pitt, Pilou Asbaek, Chin Han and Juliette Binoche.
