Frozen has joined an exclusive film club, as it has hit the $1 billion mark.
Ever since Frozen hit the big screen at the end of last year, the movie has gone on to top the box office around the world, as well as become a critical smash.
It now joins a group of seventeen other movies that have all surpassed that magical $1 billion mark.
It also becomes only the second film of 2013 to achieve this feat: the first being Iron Man 3.
Frozen sees Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck join forces in the director's chair for the first time: Lee also penned the screenplay.
Lee also made history as the first female director of a Disney feature film.
Frozen has enjoyed huge success in recent weeks having scooped the Best Animated Feature Oscar, Bafta, and Golden Globe.
Frozen has become the highest grossing Disney Animation movie, surpassing the $987, 48 total of The Lion King.
